Pine Nut Dressing

Ingredients
  Rice 1 Pound (White Or Brown, 1 Bag)
  Reduced-calorie margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low sodium chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pine nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Poultry seasoning 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare rice according to package directions.
Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium heat.
Add onion and celery; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
Stir in rice and remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
