Pine Nut Dressing
|Rice||1 Pound (White Or Brown, 1 Bag)|
|Reduced-calorie margarine||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low sodium chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pine nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Poultry seasoning||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium heat.
Add onion and celery; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
Stir in rice and remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
