Roquefort Dressing is a tasty Cheese Salad Dressing that can make your simple green salads a masterpiece! This tasty Roquefort Dressing doesn€™t take too much time to prepare. Try it!
Ingredients
  Olive oil 6 Fluid Ounce
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Fluid Ounce
  Roquefort cheese 2 Ounce, finely crumbled
  Chopped fresh chives 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat the oil, salt and pepper together with a fork.
Gradually beat in the vinegar, then mash in the cheese until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
Stir in the chives.
Either use the dressing immediately or pour it into a screw top jar and chill in the refrigerator until required.
