Roquefort Dressing With Wine Vinegar
|Olive oil||6 Fluid Ounce|
|Freshly ground black pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|Wine vinegar||2 Fluid Ounce|
|Roquefort cheese||2 Ounce, finely crumbled|
|Chopped fresh chives||1 Tablespoon|
In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat the oil, salt and pepper together with a fork.
Gradually beat in the vinegar, then mash in the cheese until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
Stir in the chives.
Either use the dressing immediately or pour it into a screw top jar and chill in the refrigerator until required.
