Avocado Dressing

Ingredients
  Ripe avocado 1 Large, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
  Chopped tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped red onion 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1 In a food processor or blender, whirl the avocado, tomato, onion, and water forabout 30 seconds.
Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and paprika and whirl for 1 minute or until smooth.
Will keep, covered and refrigerated, for up to 4 days.
