Salad Dressings

Salad Dressings is that ingredient which makes or breaks your salad. I have always experimented with them and have ended up with a few classic ones I use often. Here is one of my favorite Salad Dressings recipe! Try it!
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Egg/2 egg yolks 1 Large
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon

1. In a small but deep bowl, mix spices and egg.
2. Add oil one drop at a time, beating constantly until an emulsion forms (mixture thickens).
3. Beat in 1 tbsp. vinegar and the remaining oil in larger portions.
4. Add remaining vinegar and beat vigorously. Refrigerate.
