Dressed Crab

Ingredients
  Crab 1 Medium
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1
  Salt To Taste
  Mustard To Taste
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix the flesh with the oil and vinegar and season well.
Wash the shell, dry it thoroughly, and put the flesh back inside.
Decorate with slices of lemon and the parsley.
If preferred, the crab may be prepared in individual portions and served in small scallop shells, or in a nest of lettuce leaves.
