Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Anchovy paste 1 Teaspoon
  Tarragon vinegar 3 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Green onion 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
This rich dressing is used on the Green Goddess Salad and also can be used on any vegetable or plain lettuce salad, especially with hard-cooked eggs and tomatoes.
