Potato Salad With Mango Dressing

  New potatoes 14 , scraped, cooked and cooled
  Ripe mango 1 , chopped
  Greek yogurt 3 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped red onion 2 Tablespoon

Cut potatotes in half and place in a salad bowl.
Combine the mango, yogurt, lime juice and oil in a blender or food processor.
Process until smooth.
Pour dressing over potatoes, add red onion and toss well.
