Orange & Lemon Cream Dressing
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , peel grated, juiced|
|Orange||1 , peel grated, juiced|
Beat egg in the top of a double boiler; add orange and lemon peel and juice, sugar, and flour.
Place over boiling water and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and thickened.
Remove from heat; chill.
Whip cream and fold into dressing just before using.
