Two Way Dressing

This two way dressing is a savory salad dressing prepared with onion juice to taste. made with vinegar and oil, the two way dressing is sweet and sour and excellent with vegetable salads when chilled.
Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  White vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

For clear dressing: Combine all ingredients in screw-top jar.
Cover and shake.
Chill.
Shake again just before serving.
Serve with vegetable salads.
