This Sunflower Herb Dressing is truly compelling ! Sunflower nuts, flavored with garlic in seasoned yogurt is a classy dressing you'll like on your vegetables ! Try this Sunflower Herb Dressing and let me know if you like this !
  Unsalted sunflower nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Plain nonfat yogurt/Low fat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon

In food processor or blender combine sunflower nuts and garlic.
Cover; process to a fine powder (almost a paste).
Add yogurt, milk, basil, thyme, dry mustard and pepper.
Process until smooth.
Cover; chill 2 hours.
