Ingredients
  Chopped parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped chives 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Anchovy paste 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

Place parsley in container of an electric blender; process 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
Cover and chill.
