Easy Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Teaspoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Dehydrated onion flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener 1 Teaspoon (To Equal 1 Teaspoon Sugar)
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water in small saucepan.
Stir in onion flakes, vinegar, salt, mustard, pepper.
Heat, stirring to dissolve gelatin.
Add buttermilk and sweetener.
Refrigerate until set.
Whip in mixer or blender before serving.
