|Wine vinegar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Non caloric liquid sweetener||2 Teaspoon (Equal To 2 Teaspoons Sugar)|
|Dried basil leaves||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Coarsely ground black pepper||1 Dash|
Combine all ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon salt in screw-top jar; cover and shake.
Shake again just before serving.
