Rolled Flank And Dressing
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Flank steak||1 Pound|
|Tomato sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Combine paprika, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Trim fat from flank. Pound above seasonings into meat.
3. Spread dressing over meat. Roll loosely and tie.
4. Place rolled meat carefully in a nonstick casserole.
5. Pour tomato sauce over the meat. Cover and bake at 325Â° for 1 to 2 hours.
