  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Dried dill 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly Shake until smooth.
2. Chill. Shake well
