Honey Lime Salad Dressing

This recipe make a light and refreshing salad dressing.
Ingredients
  Lime zest 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh lime juice 8 Teaspoon, divided
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (+ 1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil)
Directions

MAKING:

  1. In a bowl, combine lime juice, honey, salt, black pepper, lime zest and whisk well.
  2. Add oil and repeat whisking.

SERVING:

  1. Serve over salad and enjoy!
