Romaine With Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
  Romaine 9 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , finely chopped
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash romaine leaves; break in bite size pieces; wrap and chill 1 hour or longer.
In chilled salad bowl mix together the oil, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and chopped eggs.
Add the thoroughly drained and chilled romaine.
Toss to coat greens.
