Lemon Garlic Salad Dressing

On this episode, Dr. Ruby makes a tangy lemon and garlic salad dressing. This is a wonderfully healthy dressing that you can whip up any time, preservative free!
Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cold pressed olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Flax seed oil/Hemp oil 2 Tablespoon
  Apple cider vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Cracked black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING

1. Prepare dressing by whisking together garlic, lemon juice, cold pressed olive oil, flax seed oil, apple cider vinegar and nutritional yeast.

2. Season with sea salt and cracked black pepper and whisk it all together.

SERVING

3. Marinate the salad with the dressing and enjoy.
