Open 1 package (8 ounce) refrigerated biscuits.
Cut each biscuit into quarters; press a hole in the center of each triangle with finger or pointed end of wooden spoon handle.
Fry until done and brown in metal fondue pot filled 1/2 full with hot oil (350Â°F.) over direct high heat.
Drain and sprinkle generously with confectioners' or cinnamon sugar while warm.
