Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Buttermilk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar, vanilla, cream and buttermilk.
Sift and add flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and nutmeg.
Chill dough before rolling out.
Fry at 375 degrees.
