|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
|Sugar mixed with cinnamon||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, mixed|
|Cinnamon powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon, mixed|
Beat eggs and sugar in a large bowl.
Add sour cream.
Sift together dry ingredients; gradually add to egg mixture.
When mixture has formed a dough, allow torest 15 minutes.
Roll out dough on a well-floured board.
Cut with floured doughnut cutter, the hole too; set aside.
The cut doughnuts will rest 15 minutes more.
Drop doughnuts into preheated deep fat; cook until evenly browned.
Roll the hot cooked doughnuts in sugar mixed with' cinnamon.
