Ingredients
  Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), ground
  Dates 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked and drained
  Vanilla 1 Dash
  Coconut 3 Tablespoon, shredded
  Dried pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coconut crystals/Raw sugar plus 1 teaspoon cinnamon 3 Tablespoon
  Carob/Cacao powder 2 Tablespoon
  Honey/Agave/coconut syrup 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil/Coconut oil 3 Drop
  Shredded coconut 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Ground the almonds for 1 to 2 minutes in the food processor.

Add the dates until the mixture forms a ball.

Add in the vanilla, coconut and either fruit, or chocolate/carob by hand. Roll into balls, then roll in coconut, carob/chocolate powder or cinnamon sugar.
