Ingredients
  Self rising cornmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs) (This Mix Is A Ready-Made Seasoned Mixture Of Cornmeal And Flour)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, finely chopped
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Cooking oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (About 2 Inches In A Deep Fry Cooker / Pot On The Stove. May Use Peanut Oil In A Deep Fry Cooker)
Directions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 2 cups self-rising cornmeal mix, 3/4 cup milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 small onion, finely chopped, and 1 well-beaten egg. Stir until ingredients are just mixed. Drop into hot oil, 1 teaspoon at a time, and cook until golden brown. Serve while hot with fish or other seafood--It's the perfect accompaniment!
