Pears And Donut Holes

Ingredients
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Firm ripe pears 6 , cored, quartered
  Donut holes 24
  Canola oil 1 Tablespoon (For Brushing Grid)
Directions

Mix together margarine, sugar, and nutmeg.
Brush pear pieces with nutmeg butter.
Thread skewers with pears and donut holes.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on grid over ashen coals.
Grill for about 4 minutes, turning frequendy.
Pears and donut holes will be warm and lightly toasted.
