|Orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
Heat doughnuts in moderate oven (375°) 5 minutes or till very hot.
Meanwhile combine the confectioners' sugar, orange peel, and juice.
Dip one side of doughnut in glaze.
For heavier glaze, double the confectioners' sugar, orange peel, and juice and dunk each doughnut twice.
Place doughnuts, glaze side up, on rack to drip and set.
