Raw Coconut Crumb Donut with Honey

Ingredients
  Raw walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dried mulberry 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fresh dates 2 , pitted
  Raw coconut 2 Tablespoon, divided (1 tablespoon for blending+ 1 tablespoon, shredded- garnish)
  Raw honey/Agave nectar 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Pinch (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor add the walnuts, mulberries, fresh coconut, dates and raw honey. Process till coarse and dough like.
2. In a serving plate, transfer the walnut dough. Shape it like a doughnut with a hole in the center. Sprinkle with cinnamon (if using)

SERVING
3. Serve the donut garnished with raw honey and shredded coconut.
