|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lard||3 Ounce (For Frying)|
|Castor sugar||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
Sieve flour, add other ingredients and beat until a smooth, thick batter.
Heat lard in frying pan and drop in spoonfuls of mixture.
Cook steadily for about 3 minutes until golden, turn and cook other side.
Drain on crumpled tissue paper for 1 minute then roll in castor sugar.
