These Doughnuts are awesome ! Try out these crunchy delicacies for your snacks and let me know if you like them ! Your suggestions for these Doughnuts are welcome !
Ingredients
  Lukewarm milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry yeast 1 Ounce (2 Packages)
  Lukewarm water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

Combine milk, sugar and salt.
Soften yeast in lukewarm water; let stand for 5 minutes.
Add to milk mixture; add the eggs, shortening and flour.
Beat at low speed 1-2 minutes; then at high speed 3 minutes.
Change to dough hook; add 2 cups flour.
Knead for 8-10 minutes to make soft dough.
Let rise in greased bowl until double; punch down, shape into ball and let rest 15 minutes.
Roll 1/3" thick, cut with doughnut cutter.
Let rise on board, uncovered, until light.
Deep fry at 375° turning as they rise to top surface and show color.
