Oven Baked Blueberry Donuts are a lighter alternative to traditional deep fried donuts. Flour, sugar, yoghurt, egg and blueberries are combined and baked until golden brown. GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 350°F/ 190°C.
Grease donut tray with cooking oil spray.
MAKING:
In a bowl, combine flour, castor sugar, baking powder, baking soda and stir well.
In another bowl, combine yogurt, egg, vanilla extract and whisk well.
Add egg mixture to flour mixture and mix well.
Fold in blueberries and mix well.
Fill donut pan with mixture and pop into oven.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Once done, allow to cool completely and sprinkle with vanilla sugar over it.
