|Active dry yeast||1|
|Warm water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Using stone jar or crock, dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in flour.
Place mixture in warm place 3 to 4 days or until bubbly and smells sour.
Replenish as in preceding recipe.
If sourdough starter gets too sour, add a little baking soda to recipe 1/2 teaspoon to 3 cups flour.
