Sourdough Starter

For all those who love to whip up something very different as party starter, this Sourdough Starter is gonna be a favorite. Very simple and made using very less ingredients, this Sourdough Starter serves as a great appetizer for any get-togethers!
Ingredients
  Active dry yeast 1
  Warm water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Using stone jar or crock, dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in flour.
Place mixture in warm place 3 to 4 days or until bubbly and smells sour.
Refrigerate it.
Replenish as in preceding recipe.
If sourdough starter gets too sour, add a little baking soda to recipe 1/2 teaspoon to 3 cups flour.
