|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Boiling water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Salt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Mix all ingredients well.
Put in boiling water; mix with wooden spoon or paddle.
Knead with hand till nice and round; put into balls large enough for one pie, either for top and bottom crusts, or just bottom crust.
Freeze till ready to make pies.
Should make 5 or 6 pies, top and bottom.
Put into Ziploc bags (these can be used again)
