Quick Food Processor Pie Dough

  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice water 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add flour and salt.
Top with cover, and process pulsing 3 or 4 times or until combined.
Cut butter into 6 pieces; add to flour mixture.
Process pulsing 5 or 6 times or until mixture resembles coarse meal.
With processor running, slowly add water, a teaspoon at a time, until dough forms a ball leaving sides of bowl.
Cover and chill dough 30 minutes.
Roll dough to 1/8 -inch thickness, and fit into a 9-inch pie plate.
Prick bottom and sides of the pastry; bake at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes
