Rich Egg Noodle Dough
|Whole wheat flour||1 7⁄8 Cup (30 tbs) (Measured Scoop And Level)|
|Flour||4 Tablespoon (Additional Flour As Needed)|
1) In a food processor bowl with a metal blade, process the flour and salt until well-mixed.
2) Add the eggs and process until the dough forms a solid firm and elastic ball, add additional flour if required.
3) Remove the dough from the processor bowl, flour well.
4) Use the dough to prepare noodles.
