  All purpose flour 500 Milliliter
  Dry yeast 15 Milliliter
  Granulated sugar 15 Milliliter
  Potato cooking water 500 Milliliter
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, cover, and let it stand for 48 hours.

SERVING
2) Use as required.
