|Active dry yeast||1 Teaspoon|
|Warm water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Potato water/Warm water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Dissolve yeast in the warm water.
Add next 4 ingredients.
Then add enough potato water to make a creamy batter (about 2 cups).
Put in a stone crock or bowl, cover and let stand in a warm place for 2 to 3 days to ferment.
It will become bubbly and have a sour odor.
