|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Pour the milk into a glass jar or crock and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.
Stir in the flour and cover with cheesecloth.
Place outdoors for several hours.
Leave uncovered indoors for 2 to 5 days or until bubbling.
Store in refrigerator.
