Sour Cream Pastry Dough for Turnovers
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Measure flour and sugar into a medium-size bowl.
2. Cut in butter or margarine with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Add sour cream.
3. Mix lightly with a fork until dough clings together and starts to leave side of bowl. Gather dough together with hands and knead a few times.
4. Wrap dough in plastic wrap or wax paper; chill several hours, or overnight.
