No-Knead Refrigerator Dough
|All purpose flour/Unbleached flour||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs), unbleached (Use Pillsbury Brand)|
|Active dry yeast||1⁄2 Ounce (2 Packages, 1/4 Ounce Each)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs), heated to 120 to 130�f|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
In large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
Add hot water, margarine and eggs.
Mix at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Stir in 2 to 2 1/2 cups flour to form stiff dough.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 4 days.
