Ingredients
  Filo pastry 12 Ounce (1 Package, 340 Gram)
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound, melted (225 Gram)
  Seafood filling 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Canned crabmeat 8 Ounce, drained (225 Gram)
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Spinach cheese filling 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Spinach 4 Ounce, cooked, shredded (110 Gram)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Feta cheese 1 Ounce, crumbled (28 Gram)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili pepper meat filling 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked ground beef 1⁄4 Pound (110 Gram)
  Chili pepper sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cream cheese filling 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce, softened (110 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

To prepare the fillings, combine ingredients, adjusting seasoning as necessary.
Place pastry between 2 dry dish towels and cover with a barely damp dish towel.
Take 2 sheets of pastry at a time and place 1 on top of the other.
Cut pastry into 6 pieces, across the width.
Brush each piece of pastry with a little butter.
Place 1 tsp (5 mL) of selected filling in left-hand corner of pastry piece.
Fold other corner of pastry up to cover filling to form a large triangle.
Fold left-hand corner up to form a smaller triangle.
Continue folding in corners to make a neat package of the filling.
Brush with melted butter.
Repeat with remaining pastry and filling.
Place on baking tray.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
