Sourdough Croutons

Ingredients
  Sourdough bread slice 3
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes; set aside.
Combine olive oil and garlic powder in a small bowl, stirring well.
Add bread cubes, and toss gently to coat well.
Arrange bread cubes in a single layer in a 15- x 10-x 1 -inch jellyroll pan.
Bake at 275° for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden, stirring after 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, and let cool completely.
