Peaches In Dough
|Phyllo dough||1 , Defrosted|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), melted|
|Peaches in their own juice||2 Can (20 oz), drained, and diced (Save The Juice)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a sauce pan mix together the peaches, vanilla, and sugar; heat until warm.
Add a little of the peach juice to make a spreadable consistency.
Layer 3 to 4 sheets of phylo dough on the jelly roll pan and brush with melted butter.
Spread the peach mixture on the dough.
Cover with 3 to 4 sheets of phylo dough and brush with melted butter.
Repeat the layers ending with the dough on top; brush with melted butter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool for 3 minutes; cut into squares and serve.
