A plastic attachment is also available with a Wet Grinder (the one we use for making Idli/Dosa batter). When the grinding rocks are replaced with the plastic attachment, it becomes really easy to make the Chappathi/Roti Dough.

I have had several Cuisinarts and I simply LOVE my Kitchenaid Food Processor so much better. It is made in France and is like the original Robot Coupe. Shanti/Mary-Anne

We're still trying our food processor out. The first couple of times, it did get a bit sticky...also, once you're done, its quite a pain washing the blade and the jar. I guess its hit and trial in the beginning till you arrive at the right amount of dough and water that you'd need for the consistency you want. Till then, we're quite ok with our hands...

I am a new comer in the food business, my wife is traveling for two mths ……. And have decided that I will learn cooking before she is back. Making dough with my hands is one of the toughest things for me, I will definitely give this a shot…….. infact I am giving it a shot right now before going to office…… Thanks for the video Regards Hirak

it works perfectly ....... dough came out too good ...... i wonder why my wife was not using it ....... and above that it took only ten mins for me to do that ..... ..... one Q you said this dough needs to be chilled ...... is there any particular reason for that...... any way i have kept it in refrigerator and will make rotis in evening and washing them was not a pain .... because after taking dough out i added some more water and mixed it in the food processor .... everything which was sticky in the jar and blade came out easily. Regards Hirak
