Phyllo Top Crust For A 9 In. (23 Cm) Pie

Ingredients
  Phyllo dough sheets 4
  Butter flavored non stick cooking spray 1
Directions

Place one large sheet of dough on a dry surface.
Spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Put a second sheet on top.
Place a 9 inch (23 cm) metal pie pan face-up in the center of the top layer of the double layer of dough.
Spray again.
Use scissors to cut away any dough that sticks out more than one inch (2.5 cm) around the edge of the pan.
Carefully lift this dough up over the top of the filled pie shell.
Use scissors to cut off excess dough, more than one inch (2.5 cm) around edge.
Use your fingers to form the edge into a fluted pie shell.
Spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake in a preheated 375°F (190°C ) oven for seven minutes or until nicely browned.
