Cornmeal | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Cayenne pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

Oil | 3 Cup (48 tbs) (((((for frying))))) |
GETTING READY:
1.In a bowl, combine milk, lemon juice, parsley, salt, tabasco sauce and mix well.
2.Immerse fish pieces in marinade and allow to sit for 10-30 minutes at room temperature.
MAKING:
3.In a shallow bowl, combine cornmeal, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt and mix well.
4.Dredge fish pieces in the mixture and keep it ready.
5.Heat oil in a large skillet to 360-365F.
6.Fry few pieces at a time for 4 minutes (2 minutes/side).
7.Drain excess oil using paper towels.
