Flourless, butter-free, no refine sugar cookies in no time. Five favorite cookies of all time. Oat Cranberry, Chocolate Chip, Ginger, Vanilla and Pineapple coconut Cookies that can be made quickly with right ingredients.

Ingredients

For oat cookies:
Rolled oat 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Coconut 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Maple syrup 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((or your choice of sweetner))
Nut butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dried cranberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((optional))
Chocolate chips 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((optional))
Vanilla bean paste 1 Teaspoon ((optional))
For pineapple coconut cookies:
Dried pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Virgin coconut oil 2 Tablespoon
Chocolate chips 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((optional))
For chocolate chip cookies:
Almond meal 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((almond flour))
Nut butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Maple syrup 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Flax meal 1 Tablespoon
Vanilla bean paste 1 Tablespoon ((optional))
For vanilla cookies:
Almond meal 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((almond flour))
Protein powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((vanilla flavoured,optional))
Virgin coconut oil 2 Teaspoon
Vanilla bean paste 1/4 Teaspoon
Agave nectar/Maple syrup 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For ginger cookies:
Almond meal 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((almond flour))
Nut butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Light agave syrup/Maple syrup 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vanilla bean paste 1/4 Teaspoon ((if desired))
Chopped candied ginger 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ginger powder 1 Teaspoon
