This is the BEST pumpkin bread recipe you'll ever try. It's moist, rich, flavorful, and so easy to make. Every bite tastes like the holidays and I don't know about you but I can't get enough!

Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Ground nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Ground clove | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Ground allspice | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (((plus 3 tbsp extra for filling))) | |
Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Cream cheese | 4 Ounce , softened | |
Sugar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
MAKING:
2.In a large bowl mix together the pumpkin, oil, sour cream, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3.Add in the flour, spices, baking power, baking soda, and salt. Stir until it is just combined.
4.Pour 2/3 of the mixture into the greased loaf pan, reserving 1/3 of the batter.
5.In another bowl mix together the cream cheese, sugar, flour, and egg until combined.
6.Pour the cream cheese mixture into the loaf pan on top of the batter spreading it out gently with a spatula.
7.Add the remaining 1/3 of the batter on top of the cream cheese carefully spreading it out.
8.Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
9.Let the bread cool slightly in the pan before removing.
SERVING:
10.Slice, serve, and prepare to fall in love.
