Outback Steakhouse Mushrooms

You can replicate the Outback Steakhouse mushrooms simply at home.

Ingredients

Butter 1 Tablespoon
Fresh mushrooms 16 Ounce
Diced onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Canned beef broth 10 1/2 Ounce (1 can)
Burgundy wine 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

1.In a skillet, heat butter and add mushrooms and onions in it.

2.Sprinkle salt and saute until mushrooms are browned.

3.Add red wine, beef broth and cook until sauce reduces.
