Pressure Cooked Chole - Chana Masala - Chickpea Curry

Chana Masala is our family favorite including kids. My kids wait for the Chole Puri day desperately. And I am glad I found the easiest way to prepare Chole.

Ingredients

Chickpeas 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Onion 1 , pureed
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Ghee 1 Tablespoon
Cinnamon stick 1
Bay leaf 1
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Tomato 4
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Red chili powder To Taste
Coriander cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
