Protein rich, Fiber rich, gluten free and vegan..these brownies are tasty and healthy. Perfect for snacking and to enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
Ingredients
  Black beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cocoa powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Almond extract 2 Drop
  Chia seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

MAKING :

1. Pour cooked beans in the blender along with other ingredients. Form a mixture.
2. Pour batter in a baking tray and bake at 350 F for 25- 30 mins.

SERVING:

3. Let the cake cool down and set before cutting it into pieces.
