10 minute lunch inspiration with Kimchi Soba Noodles. Delicious and nutritious!
|Korean red pepper paste||1/2 Tablespoon|
|Toasted sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Toasted sesame seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Well fermented kimchi||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped finely|
1. Cook the noodles according to the package. Rinse and drain well.
2. In a large bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients with your noodles.
3. If desired, garnish with more sesame seeds, nuts, seaweed, scallions/etc.
